The PhD Student Lounge provides comprehensive information and support regarding the administrative requirements for the Vienna BioCenter PhD Program, a joint initiative of the University of Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna.
While our students are affiliated with both universities, they are officially registered at only one as their "home university." For each administrative milestone throughout your doctoral studies, please follow the specific instructions corresponding to your home university, as detailed in the chapters below.
